Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must have a valid business ID, car ownership or authorization, driver’s license, car insurance, and proof of right to work in Finland.

2. Independent Contractor Agreement

• You are not an employee but an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle maintenance.

3. Use of Platform

• You must use the platform only for delivery-related activities and maintain accurate availability status.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis for completed deliveries.

• Service fees, if applicable, will be deducted before payments are transferred.

5. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of terms or failure to meet requirements.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for accidents, theft, or damage caused during deliveries.

• Couriers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining liability insurance for their delivery activities.

7. Compliance with Laws

• Couriers must adhere to all Finnish traffic laws and road safety regulations while performing deliveries.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of a dispute, both parties agree to:

  1. Attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation within 14 days of the dispute arising.

  2. If unresolved, engage in mediation with a neutral third-party mediator in Finland.

  3. If mediation fails, resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with Finnish arbitration laws.

  4. Any disputes not resolved by the above methods will fall under the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
